Abstract

A contribution to the solution of matters relevant to the environment impact studies applied to a roadway infrastructure is given by examining the following issues: (1) evaluation, at large scale, of the strategical aspects while planning (2) finding of the characteristics of territorial compatibility at the moment of roadway corridor choice (3) analyzing the direct and indirect impacts while fixing the roadway layout, and (4) identification of the techniques for the minimization of the impact along the final design stage.
