Abstract

The interaction behaviour between the pedestrian and the vehicle in residential areas is studied as a part of a research into the traffic restraint in such areas. This behaviour is an essential part for the amount of contentment of the population living in such areas and in particular for their feeling safe in traffic in their residential area.
