Abstract

Critical remarks on an article of Mr. Griep. In the case of an accident the driver is rightly charged with a heavy responsibility, because in a topical situation of the moment the road and the vehicle are data; the use of it is determined by the driver. In the opinion of the author it is not right to say that the present legislation restricts itself to preventive punishment and suspension of driver licenses and that it gives only a general rule of conduct. On the contrary more than ever the legislation aims at giving of as much as possible concrete regulation for concrete situations.
