Abstract

Determination that the factor "human error" is too often considered as the only cause of an accident. A research into the existence of a group with a special liability to accidents had no positive results. The only qualities which had a demonstrable influence were: the driving experience, the age, the use of alcohol. Therefore a selection of traffic participants on the number of accidents in the past has little value.
