Abstract
Some results of an analysis of traffic accidents in which children and adults were involved, are given. Concerning the accident rate it is statistically shown that this develops badly for children and adults. The fatally injured children and adults are studied by sex and by their mode of transport. Causes of these accidents are further analysed. It is recommended that traffic education must start already for children from 2- 3 years old and must be intensified in the schools.
