Abstract
This pilot study presents a fairly simple and inexpensive test which can be utilized by office assistants in quantitating three important factors of mesopic acuity: (1) night vision, (2) glare vision, (3) glare recovery. Results are reported on 162 individuals between the ages of 12 and 78. A sampling of 21 patients with pathologic ocular conditions illustrates a grass decrease in all three tested functions.
