Abstract

This paper describes an apparatus which can collect breath in evacuated GC ampoules. It will then be possible to analyse the gas phase of these samples of these GC ampoules on ethyl alcohol and other volatile organic components in breath with miltifract of "Perkin-Elmer". The analysis of the data obtained is made by the interior standard method with a sufficient exactness. The differences of comparative measurements under various conditions between the breath alcohol apparatus alcytron (Draeger) and the described apparatus are discussed.
