Abstract

The methods used in the State of Vermont to held a roadside interview are outlined. The need for roadside research cannot be understood and appreciated unless they are related directly to the problem which has provided the impetus for developing this method as one method to be used. Recommendations for the set-up and evaluations of roadside interviews are given.
