Abstract

The paper describes a recently developed procedure for use by bridge engineers making protection or rehabilitation decisions for concrete bridges. The methodology determines the most cost-effective treatment, and its timing, for specific components. The intention is to provide an overview of the handbook. The handbook will be available from SHRP in the form of both a handbook and a computer program.
