Abstract

Persons sustaining "A" type injuries (the most serious) decreased 8.5%. Vehicle occupants, drivers and passenger deaths decreased 4.0. Non-vehicle occupants, pedestrians, bicyclists, motorcyclists, farm equipment and other deaths decreased it.2;-%. Drinking was a factor in 57.8% of all fatal accidents where the drinking condition was reported, an increase of 5.4%
