Abstract
There are many small cities, towns and countries that maintain manual traffic records systems to meet traffic safety data needs. Of these only the larger localities have computerised record-keeping systems. However, the high cost have prevented, the utmost use of it. With the microcomputer and a newly developed model user-oriented local traffic records software system far small localities most of these problems can be solved.
