Abstract

The very fast growing automobility leads into traffic congestion especially at peak hours. On the basis of the suggestion that the excessive car-use is caused by a not socially justified weighing one against another, solutions are discussed in the direction of variabilizing of automobilecharges. That this is a national government's business, is concluded.
