Abstract
Some views and policy recommendations incorporated in the Randstad Mobility Scenario are criticised. It is argued that in the Scenario: 1. physical planning and time scheduling measures should be included 2. relationship between measures recommended is unclear;3. possible strategies of car owners are disregarded, 4. distinction between business traffic as "productive" and homework traffic as "non-productive" is incorrect.
