Abstract

Slovenia is situated on the intersection of alpine, mediterranean and continental climatic regime. The consequence of this geographic position is also the precipitation regime in winter time. A special organizing problem is to assure the road transportability in winter conditions for heavy vehicles with trailer or their excretion from traffic when weather conditions do not permit their safe inclusion in traffic. The aim of the research presented in this article is to elaborate an excretion system for heavy vehicles with trailer in winter conditions. The presented work was performed in two steps, firstly system analyses of situation and secondly modelling of possible scenarios which can minimize the total costs of different involved actors. Process of excretion of heavy vehicles with trailers is related to traffic flows and to the type of snowfall. In the presented work the methods for estimation of users cost were made (A).
