Abstract

Details are given of the dial-a-ride service in Columbus. It consists of a basic loop with 21 time checkpoints used to schedule the service. The loop is via both clockwise and anticlockwise. During peak hours, 4 buses are operated. Details are given of the type and capacity of the buses, fares, and ridership.
