Abstract

A pedestrian and bicycle safety program is developed for the Wisconsin community in order to reduce the losses in pedestrian and bicycle accidents, thereby meeting the demands of a changing society. This guide is designed to assist communities in accomplishing the goal of reducing our annual toll of deaths and injuries.
