Abstract
Motorcyclists can drive better if they know and comprehend the advantages and disadvantages of vehicle on two wheels, if they have respect for the other road users, if the can apply to the regulations, specifications and the norms, and if they take their responsibility for their decisions they make in traffic. Better motorcycling is a combined action of knowledge, skill, experience, comprehnsion and judgment.
