Multiple licensing of drivers.

Abstract

A major flow in the driver licensing systems of the several states in the US is examined. The problem of individuals being permitted and in some instances encouraged to hold licenses from more than one jurisdiction. A short discussion of related problem issues and potential countermeasures is included. Recommendations for correction of the apparent problem issues are offered.
