Abstract

During 2011 NCHRP published findings from more than 100 completed research projects, launched 58 new and continuation projects, and approved 64 projects for 2012. This Summary of Progress provides concise lists in Tables 1 through 7 of projects completed in 2011 along with listings of the nearly 1,600 other projects undertaken since 1962. The Summary of Progress also presents detailed information about the operation of NCHRP through the Standing Committee on Research of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO).
