Abstract

In July 1985 the Child Accident Prevention Foundation of Australia (CAPFA) completed a feasibility study for a child injury surveillance system for Australia. The purpose of the surveillance system is to provide useful-up to date data on all types of injuries for all those with a concern for studying or promoting injury reduction.
