Abstract

This AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety report explores traffic fatality and injury statistics before and after implementation of graduated driver licensing (GDL) provisions in states across the nation. According to the Foundation, the report indicates that GDL programs have been reducing crashes and saving lives and suggests that the more comprehensive programs have been having substantially greater impacts.
