Abstract

Comparison of 1982 B.C. accident statistics -with those for 1981 show a dramatic and welcome change. Total accidents were reduced by about 12% while injuries and fatalities vent down by 23% and 30% respectively. The question, of course, is why! What happened during 1982 to cause the accident and casualty reductions. This paper presented some possible reasons.
