Abstract

Guidelines are given for the establishment of (1) collision diagrams on which non-involved vehicles and involved and non-involved driver intents should be recorded, and (2) condition diagrams, scale drawings of all the physical and operational roadway elements at a particular location. Examples of both types of diagrams are included.
