Abstract

A practical application of preconstruction scheduling through network analysis, on a multi-project highway advance works program is given. The application is in its early stages and the paper is concerned mainly with the objectives of the system, the structure of project-networks, how they are represented on the complete multi-project network and the network time and resource analysis scheduling programs developed.
