Abstract

Coordinates of manually made networks are often not accurate. However, the need to obtain accurate coordinates has increased in recent years for data integration. This paper attempts to perform network matching of a manual network for traffic assignment onto a digital road map (DRM). The objective of this paper is to match their nodes and adjust the coordinates of the manual network. To handle m:n matching, the node grouping process is performed, followed by the matching process by scoring with considering theirdifferences. The matching results with a large sized network are reportedto examine the accuracy.
