Abstract

This leaflet is published in conjunction with the Traffic Director for London's Network Plan issued on 26th March 1993. The Network Plan is a statutory document which is concerned with an controls the development of the 315-mile Network of Priority (Red) Routes for London which have been designated by the Secretary of State for Transport following his announcement on 11th June 1992. The Plan has been produced in accordance with the requirements of section 53 of the Road Traffic Act 1991. It takes regard of the Secretary of State's "Traffic Management and Parking Guidance" published on 26th August 1992 and meets the Objectives and complies with the Direction which he has given the Traffic Director for London.
