The private and public providers of transport services, mobility service performances and transport-related technology play an important role with regard to the improvement of the traffic conditions in dense areas. This paper describes a new approach for the design, development and maintenance of an urban mobility service with consideration of commercial basic conditions. To guarantee an efficient satisfying mobility as well as of the needs for users' information requires global information on the accessibility of services. According to the users' desired activity, including the corresponding destination, departure time and possible further criteria he or she will receive information whether the requested activity can be realised. The information is based on the current or predicted travel times by private vehicles and/or public transport.
