Abstract

The method described is based on a modification of the ADH-analysis, in which the blood samples are not denaturated. This method is now going to be automated. In order to increase the number of blood samples per chemist hour, an apparatus is developed in which the human action is minimized but which still retains the accuracy and precision. The apparatus which consists of two parts coupled together is described.
