Abstract
Physicians and other clinicians are faced with a myriad of tasks, duties, and responsibilities in caring for their patients (as well as increasing time and cost constraints in doing so). Among these tasks is the reporting to the state of a person with a medical condition or functional impairment that may affect that person's ability to drive safely. Several studies have addressed the role of the physician in this process. (A)
