Abstract

The basic objectives of the evaluation program are (1) acces the injury-reducing effect ACRS; (2) determine operational characteristiscs of the ACRS; and (3) evaluate public/owner acceptance. This paper is mainly concerned with the first objective, but objectives two and three are also discussed briefly.
