Abstract

A non-linear traffic model is studied in order to regress the experimental data on the rural two lane road in summer and winter season. The major effort was given to establish the non-linear regression analysis to estimate the parameters of the non-linear expression for the traffic flow. It was found that the practice capacity in winter is decreased by 40% as compared with in summer.
