Abstract
This report describes a project which has been carried out jointly between the Swedish Road Administration and the Swedish Road and Traffic Research Institute and the corresponding authorities in Denmark, Finland and Norway. The aim has been to summarize the methods and results of the road safety studies conducted during the last ten years in regard to junctions, as well as to summarize current design rules. Proposals for further research in this field are also included. (A)
