Abstract
This paper summarizes the information presented at The Symposium on Novice Teen Driving: GDL and Beyond Research Foundations for Policy and Practice, held in Tucson, AZ, on February 5-7, 2007. It should be of interest to all persons and organizations, including industry, who aim to improve graduated driver licensing (GDL) and teen driver programs in the United States, which in turn will further reduce traffic crashes and fatalities involving teenage drivers.
