Abstract
A review is presented of the methods used by the National Bureau of Standards for testing seat belt webbing, buckles, and metal attachment devices. Details are given of the sled apparatus for impact testing and range of dummies representing children, and male and female adults. Human and dummy tests are recorded on films.
