Abstract

The ocular manifestations of whiplash injuries in 16 patients were a.o. amaurotic episodes, decreased accommodation and convergence, diplopia, extraocular muscle imbalances, tearing. Management and prognosis are considered as well as the role of pathogenetic factors in the production of the syndrome.
