Abstract

The results of this seminar, as well as the conclusions and perspectives arising from it, are reviewed, potential of micro- electronics in future systems and equipment developments; need for internationally agreed technical and operational frame standards; cost /benefit assessments; future research emphasis on in- car motorists information and communication systems.
