Abstract

Cost benefit analysis show that traffic policies in the city of Zürich both compliment the environment and promote the quality of living standards and leisure time. The same factors also show the remarkable economic nature of these policies considering the city's powerful economic resources. Backed by the most modern technology, these traffic policies are based on the continuing promotion of trams and buses in the available street space.
