Abstract

The Wiser Driver program is about assisting older people to retain a drivers' licence for as long as it is safe to do so. It is also about empowering them to know when it is wise to hang up the keys for good. The Program has been developed by the Hawthorn Community Education Project which specialises in education programs for older and disabled people.
