Abstract

A pilot study in accordance with an experiment with an experiment with a specially designed pedestrian-route for visually disabled persons is described. An analysis has been made of the mobility and safety of blind and imperfect-eyesighted people by means of observations and inquiries. From the results of the study the conclusion can be drawn that the route still presents several problems. A sequential study will be carried out.
