Abstract
Transferia make it possible to link the strong sides of the systems of the car and of the public transport to each other, in the interest of the individual traveller. Transferia also have to play a role in aiming at the reduction of the problem of accessibility and the decrease of the damage of the traffic system to the environment. It is necessary to distinguish different types of transferia. It is pointed out to make high demands on the location of transferia.
