Abstract

A study is made into the indifference of the society for traffic-safety, and a qualitative description of this indifference on the individual level as well as on the local, political level is given. Till now on the research is too much aimed on objective traffic safety only and too less on the acceptation of rests by the road users theirselves and on their feelings of subjective traffic safety.
