Abstract

Persons who are disabled as regards their organ of hearing or their organ of vision have difficulties to get their permit to drive in different countries. Limited working of these organs of sense at drivers can give danger in traffic in some cases. Their meaning however is overestimated. By special care and by adaptation and use of the other organs of sense compensation is possible. Experience plays also a role. Medical examinations are a must in these cases.
