Abstract

The Dutch Railway Company has started a project to improve the quality of their product. The motto is to satisfy the expectations of their consumers. A plan is made in which 80 aspects of quality improvement are considered like a.o. information before the journey, riding comfort in the train, service at the railway station, park and ride facilities, consumer service.
