Abstract

Development of accessibility policies is an essential task for the Ministry of Transport. For this aim a consistent definition of accessibility is required. On this basis, development of accessibility aims in measurable terms is possible using a systematic approach. This has led to the development of the OBER methodology. OBER stands for optimalization of accessibility. The methodology allows for development of an interrelated set of accessibility goals and for testing realisation by means of research. (A)
