Abstract
On evaluating the data compiled in theoretical systems presenting optimum values it evolves that the inclined side line represents the ideal driving track on changing the lane. This applies though only with certain reservations i.e. if the motions of the vehicle have been taken into account but not the steering deflection on attaining the optimum driving position.
