Abstract

A computer model is outlined as a general method for evaluation of different measures to improve visibility in the low beam driving situation. A main part of the model is a valid representation of the geometrical variation of even on the road network. The total variation can be analysed as the sum of different sources of variation. The variation in each source can be quantified in relation to that of other sources.
