Abstract

The previous article (see B 16215 (IRRD 247043) dealt with the results which were obtained in the survey of traffic control. Experience has shown that such knowledge should be incorporated into programs which facilitate the use of that knowledge as much as possible. This is why the capcal program was developed, with which capacities etc can be exactly calculated by using geometric data. Furthermore the author discusses the block-structure, which automatically facilitates the use of various parameters and existing freedom while setting up a traffic control system.
