Abstract
The city of Delft starts also with parking for concerned persons in the town centre. Inhabitants and other concerned persons get a vignette behind the windscreen of their car for a certain tariff per month. The blue zone, in which tariff free short parking is accepted, will disappear. Parking meters will replace parking discs. On places where no parking reservations for inhabitants are wanted, long term parking for working people can be allowed for a certain tariff.
