Abstract

Continuing with the parking space allocation model approach, methods are described used in a parking study in Seattle. Cost and walking distance are used to calibrate the model to fit actual field conditions of parking supply and demand location. It is stated also that the model can be modified to test various parking program schemes as well as alternate transportation modes.
