Abstract

The authors propose a variant of scalogram analysis designed for partial orders, as a solution for the problem of traffic conflict techniques as an example for data analysis in real life environment. Using a rather strong notion of comparison (two conflicts are comparable if they are ordered in the same way by all judges) the authors give a two- dimensional representation of the conflicts: the vertical axis provides a collective ranking.
